Our neighborhood is a great place to live—friendly neighbors, beautiful surroundings, and a strong sense of community. If you have any questions about local services, events, or just want some tips on the best nearby spots (like where to get the best coffee or take a walk), we’re happy to help!

This website will help navigate some of the challenges it comes with moving into a new community
We are a non HOA, but an Associations. We do ask for donations of $25, which pay for the light bill at the front enterence and also a oayment to someone that mows our font enterence. Please drop off any donations in the mailbox of: 12600 Daffodil Drive.
You can stay up to date on events and announcements by reading our monthly news letter.

We also have seasonal events like clean-up days, block parties, and holiday gatherings—great chances to meet your neighbors and get involved.

Keep our Neighborhood Safe

In general, speed limits on residential roads and downtown are 20 to 35 mph. Speed limits on standard public roads connecting residential areas and commercial areas are 30 to 45 mph. Main county streets and parkways have speed limits of 50 to 60 mph, and major freeways have ones of 55 to 70 mph. * Our community speed limit is 25mph
